At T3, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to bring to life our paid channel strategy across the full funnel to drive D2C sales. You'll sit at the intersection of data and creativity — building campaigns that drive measurable growth while maintaining the T3 brand voice.

This role reports to the Director of Acquisition and Digital Product and works cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, marketing, and analytics teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and manage Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate— from strategy to briefing and campaign build to optimization and reporting in partnership with any external resources

Oversee external resources to support Media and/or Creative as needed

Develop and execute always-on and campaign-driven media plans aligned to revenue and ROAS targets

Partner with creative to brief, iterate, and test ad assets; maintain a structured creative testing cadence across Paid Media

Build and maintain performance and weekly reporting for Paid Media; translate data into clear insights and action plans for cross-functional teams and external resources

Manage attribution frameworks and measurement methodology, including MMM, testing, and platform-level reporting reconciliation including within Triple Whale, GA4, and platforms

Monitor and manage channel budgets and performance expectations with weekly pacing and monthly forecasting against plan

Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging channels; build the business case for investment and requirements for each across reporting, creative, and scalability

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

4–7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing paid social and search at meaningful scale

Deep hands‑on experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok ads

Strong analytical foundation — comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with tools like GA4, Triple Whale, etc.

Experience with e-commerce brands and familiarity with Shopify strongly preferred

Clear written and verbal communicator; able to present performance and strategy to senior stakeholders

Highly organized and self-directed — comfortable managing multiple clients, channels, or workstreams simultaneously

Curiosity about creative performance and a track record of driving results through structured testing

Experience managing brand partnership or whitelisting ads to drive scale in Paid Social platforms

Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop highly preferred

Experience with beauty or premium brands strongly preferred

Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Monday, Asana, or Active Collab

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with linear TV, streaming, or upper‑funnel brand channels

Agency background with multi-client portfolio management experience

Comfort building forecasting models and scenario‑planning tools

Passion for data and analytics, with experience implementing reporting

Experience with tracking tools like Little Data or Elevar
