About This Role:
NBPureis hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Marketing team.This role willprimarilyfocus on product packaging, print collateral, and visual merchandising, while also supporting the creation ofhigh-impact digital assets.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Creative,you’llplay a key role in bringing the next era ofNBPureto lifeacrossmajor touchpoints—balancingstrongaesthetics withstrategic, conversion-driven design.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce creative assets across a wide range of brand and marketing channels
Support product packaging initiatives, including developing packaging for new product launches andmaintainingupdates to existing SKUs
Create print and retail marketing materials such as sell sheets, educational handouts, tip cards, event collateral, and trade show assets
Develop visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, including retail displays, shelf signage, and in-store marketing assets
Design email campaign creatives and lifecycle templates that align with brand standards and support engagement and conversion goals
Create performance-driven digital creative for paid media across Meta, Google, and Amazon
Produce visually compelling social media assets, including static graphics, short-form motion graphics, and branded content support
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Development, Retail, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints
Maintain a high standard of design quality, ensuring all work is visually consistent, on-brand, detail-oriented, and thoughtfully executed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Demonstrate strong organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills across a diverse range of creative initiatives
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience inprint and digitaldesign, preferably in the CPG space
Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Positive, collaborative mindset, open to feedback andnew ideas
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
