Role Purpose
This sales role is key in guiding the business toward its future state as a core member of the agile Analytics Sales team. You will have excellent senior management exposure within LSEG and significant autonomy in selling Analytics solutions. This is a great opportunity to work with the latest AI technology to showcase analytics value propositions via MCPs such as Claude.
Role Summary
As part of the Analytics Sales Team, you will seek new prospects and opportunities with new and existing customers. You will collaborate with account management to identify customer needs for solution selling and provide market feedback that shapes strategy, identifying thematic challenges faced by customers to develop and deliver scalable solutions.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver revenue goals through sales growth, cross‑selling, and commercial policy development.
Lead sales strategy to extend current footprint and open new opportunities in new behavioral models (CMBS, Non‑agency RMBS, loan‑level data, CLOs) and future strategic initiatives.
Work closely with analytics solutions, product management, and marketing teams to capture and monitor market intelligence, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Take responsibility for crafting product, relationship, and marketing strategies as well as commercial policies.
Proactively build and manage your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
Create and execute quarterly business plans.
Execute go‑to‑market plans and increase brand and product awareness through events, webinars, and outreach.
What you Bring
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling software solutions to financial institutions (asset managers, banks, broker dealers, hedge funds).
Working knowledge of fixed‑income analytics.
Demonstrated expertise with some or all of the following: risk management or portfolio management analytics, valuation, structured finance, fixed‑income trading platforms, RMBS, CLOs.
Software skills: proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, comfortable running discussions and building relationships with stakeholders at financial institutions.
Some travel required (approximately 25%).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LSEG is committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 – $200,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city, and state. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage.
