Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
Field inbound customer inquiries and work with State Farm Corporate to deliver accurate and timely responses
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain insurance product benefits and advise customers on their insurance needs
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
Qualifications
Experience in customer service
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective in all forms of communication
