Marketing Manager Health Services,
you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
Build market awareness and programs through outreach, referring physician offices and staff, community events, patient outreach, and lunch and learn to educate all.
Work in a collaborative manner with other team members to develop clinical marketing strategies centered on targets.
Develop and expand target provider lists with the intent of setting up meetings with potential referring physicians, develop and implement processes and campaigns that lead to connections to providers.
Participate in the development of marketing pitches and strategies, assist in clinical marketing related activities such as concepting, campaigns, strategies, and development.
Create brand awareness through marketing events, including representing the company at relevant special events, such as health fairs, trade shows, conventions, organizational events, corporate events, walks, etc.
Create a report (as determined by leadership) relaying all activities for the purpose of discussing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the target markets. This report will be instrumental in identifying referral patterns and analytics.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
Marketing, Sales, Communications, and/or Project Management. Health care experience preferred.
B.A preferred
Experience in the development of programs, training sales staff, and implementing marketing campaigns.
Minimum of 5 years proven radiology experience
Project Management, Tracking, and Trending of Sales volumes (payors and trends), Budget understanding/experience.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats, and build and maintain relationships. Strong ability to write and communicate verbally in a clear, consistent voice.
Solid analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher/Office. As well as presentations on a Webex platform and/ or zoom.
Capable of working independently and under tight deadlines.
Self-driven, with a good approach to working efficiently and effectively.

Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
