Hard Money Account Executive

to join our high-performing team.

We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable sales professional with direct experience in

Hard Money / Private Lending . This is a results-focused role designed for someone who understands investor financing and knows how to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing

Structure and present loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, and deal strength

Manage the full loan lifecycle from lead intake to funding

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and referral partners

Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Hard Money lending (required)

Strong understanding of real estate investment transactions

Ability to analyze deals and assess risk quickly

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated and performance-driven
