The Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Local SEO & Google Business Profile Specialist to manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local citations for our law firm clients. Your work will directly help attorneys get found in local search and Google Maps. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll use the full Google Business Profile dashboard, BrightLocal (or similar tools), and AI tools to improve local visibility and consistency across client profiles.

What You’ll Do

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles using the full GMB dashboard (categories, descriptions, services, posts, photos, Q&A, attributes, and more).

Build, clean up, and maintain local citations using BrightLocal or similar tools.

Create and schedule regular, engaging Google Business Profile posts using ChatGPT.

Implement schema markup to support local SEO efforts.

Conduct local keyword research and ensure alignment with on‑page SEO and blog content.

Monitor GBP performance, reviews, and local rankings, then recommend improvements.

Collaborate with the SEO, content, and account teams to support overall client strategy.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO (5+ years is a plus).

Strong proficiency with the Google Business Profile dashboard.

Experience building and managing citations (BrightLocal or a similar tool experience is highly preferred).

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, etc.) to create high‑quality posts.

Understanding of schema markup.

Basic understanding of blog writing and on‑page SEO.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bonus: Experience working with law firms or professional services clients.
