Relationship Manager AVP (Project Finance)

Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Relationship Manager at the AVP level for their Project Finance space!
Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Project Finance Team in client development, including providing research on prospective or existing clients and drafting pitch books

Support the Head of Project Finance in preparing pitchbooks, letters of intent, financing proposals, and term sheets, among others.

Support the Team Lead in analyzing and evaluating transactions.

Prepare primary content for credit rating and credit line applications.

Qualifications:

2-5 years experience minimum working in Project Finance

Experience in infrastructure finance, or renewable/sustainable finance experience at banks or private credit funds.
