Pay Range: $30-35/hr
What's the Job?
Create compelling editorial content to enhance internal communication and employee engagement across various channels.
Manage and coordinate internal communication channels, including intranet, email, and digital signage, ensuring timely and impactful messaging.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Act as an editor for employee-facing communications, providing guidance on storytelling and content quality.
Measure and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness and strategy.
What's Needed?
3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced content production or internal communications environment.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Adobe Suite is a plus.
