Electronics Production Technicians (MULTIPLE OPENINGS)
Pay Range 58K to 66K (DOE)
The Role
Advanced-level technician role performing complex alignment, calibration, and multi-discipline troubleshooting with a high degree of independence. Contributes to quality, throughput, and process improvements through accurate documentation, trend identification, and cross-functional support. Provides technical guidance and training but does not serve in a full mentorship role.
Job Responsibilities
Perform laser and optical alignment and calibration of instruments
Apply logical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair electronic, optical, and mechanical issues
Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies
Train others in designated operations once qualified
Identify and segregate nonconforming materials; provide trend reporting and disposition recommendations
Maintain quality documentation to ensure proper process flow and control
Support product changes, new product introductions, and prototype builds
Follow all safety, ESD, and operational procedures
Participate in cross-functional collaboration, inventory, material handling, and workflow improvements
Provide recommendations regarding process improvements and product performance issues
Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety
Required Qualifications
A.S. degree in Electronics (two-year vocational education) OR Military Avionics or similar
Technical Training Program
Ability to read analog and digital circuit schematics
Ability to read and follow written, graphic, and pictorial procedures
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
Strong customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with ERP systems
3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (Flexible)
