We are looking for a versatile, bilingual creative professional to join our Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between English and Spanish communications, ensuring that every customer touchpoint—from minor product updates to large-scale web experiences—is culturally resonant, linguistically precise, and brand-aligned.
The ideal candidate is more than a translator; you are a storyteller and a problem-solver who understands the nuances of the US Hispanic market and can navigate the complexities of a regulated environment with ease.
The Impact You'll Make

Creative Adaptation: Transform English concepts into authentic Spanish copy that maintains the intended "Clear, Conversational, and Engaging" brand voice across web and print.
Quality & Precision: Act as the final gatekeeper for Spanish-language output, performing rigorous QA and proofreading on modular content before it goes live.
Strategic Influence: Help shape our brand's linguistic architecture by creating and maintaining a comprehensive Spanish Brand Style Guide.
Expert Collaboration: Partner with English copywriters, Legal, and linguistic specialists to resolve syntax challenges and implement stylistic improvements.
Cultural Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert on US Hispanic insights, ensuring our communications are inclusive and relevant to all subgroups.

Bilingual Excellence: Native-level fluency in English and Spanish with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling in both languages.
Transcreation Skills: The ability to adapt "clever" headlines and long-form copy alike, ensuring the tone remains consistent with the brand strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent military experience).
At least 4 years of professional experience in Spanish-language communications, creative writing, or advertising.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience within a Hispanic-focused agency or an internal Hispanic marketing team.
Experience working within financial services or another highly-regulated industry.
Demonstrated ability to communicate inclusively across the diverse landscape of the US Hispanic market.
