Overview
The Marketing Specialist II supports global sales functions by applying specialized marketing services across the parent brand and its subsidiaries. This role develops and executes marketing initiatives for external audiences while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Support team members in developing PowerPoint templates, master slides, and presentations by demonstrating advanced skills in template creation, refreshing existing materials, and introducing new slide designs tailored to customer‑facing service messages within targeted vertical markets.
Manage global facility branding and signage projects, including participation in status meetings, creation of layout plans, coordination with vendors, review and approval of proofs, and delivery of comprehensive project status reports.
Design and produce external and internal website graphics, as well as social media content, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop booth graphics that align with brand standards, ensuring high‑quality visual execution using Adobe Creative Suite.
Oversee departmental administrative processes, including invoicing, e‑commerce platform inventory maintenance, MARCOM ticketing requests, and proofing of materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Wage range: $65,180.00-$97,760.00 (may vary based on geography and qualifications).
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (required).
Experience
5+ years of experience in highly organized, professional marketing who understands brand guidelines and compliance (required).
5+ years of experience instructing and collaborating with various organizational levels, guiding peers with SOPs to maintain brand consistency (required).
5+ years in a professional marketing or corporate marketing department (required).
5+ years in a corporate global role working with a portfolio of brands to develop, promote, and evolve brand awareness (required).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Zoom).
Marketing professional with ability to engage across brand channels and initiatives.
Ability to engage with wide audiences (internal and external).
Attention to uphold brand while executing creative implementation.
Working understanding of SharePoint, Asana, Canva, intranet, and exhibitor portals.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
Licenses and Certifications
Certifications in project management, marketing strategy, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, branding (preferred).
