Our team works completely remotely, but we meet in person regularly and go on a joint workation once a year – last year to Crete, this year to Mallorca.
Responsibilities

What you will do:
You are responsible for the conception and implementation of single image ads for performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, etc.
You develop innovative and appealing graphic designs that are both functional and convincing on social media platforms.
You work closely with our performance marketing team to understand how your designs perform and what future iterations can be.
You can let your creativity run free and bring your own ideas – although we orient ourselves to the brand guidelines of our partners, there are hardly any rigid specifications with us.
You actively contribute to exciting our customers through excellent visual storytelling.
You work on creative concepts that meet the strategic goals of the customers on a project basis.
Qualifications

What you should bring:
+5 years of professional experience in the design field, ideally with experience in an agency.
A solid design background with a focus on digital advertising, especially performance marketing formats.
Technical competence: You master tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and ideally have experience with other tools for animated ads (e.g., After Effects or various AI tools).
AI affinity: You have an affinity for creating images with AI and understand how to implement your creative ideas through targeted prompting (e.g., through MidJourney, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, or other AI image tools).
Creative vision: You have a good sense of trends in online marketing and the requirements for different target groups.
Structured working style: You can work independently and efficiently on design concepts while meeting deadlines and high quality standards.
Communication skills: You can clearly explain your design decisions and place them in the context of the marketing strategy.
