We are seeking an experienced

Regional Sales Manager

to lead and grow our presence within an assigned territory for a respected, design-forward, luxury handcrafted lighting manufacturer. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth while leading and supporting a network of independent sales representatives in the luxury design and architectural lighting market.

This is a

hands‑on leadership role

that blends active selling, relationship management, and regional oversight. The ideal candidate is a builder, someone who enjoys owning a region, motivating independent reps, and growing a premium brand through long‑term designer and showroom relationships.

What You’ll Do

Act as a senior brand ambassador, developing deep expertise of our handcrafted lighting portfolio, craftsmanship, and brand positioning.

Own and execute the regional sales strategy and annual sales plan in alignment with company growth objectives.

Lead, coach, and support a network of independent Territory Managers and rep agencies, driving accountability and consistent execution against regional targets.

Personally manage and grow key accounts, designer relationships, and strategic opportunities within the region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, showroom partners, and specification influencers.

Travel regularly throughout the region to support reps, visit key accounts, conduct training, and prospect new business.

Track and forecast regional sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.

Monitor market conditions, pricing, competitive activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.

Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing and internal teams on regional initiatives, product launches, events, and promotions.

Represent the brand at major industry trade shows, showroom events, and networking opportunities.

Manage regional sales budgets and expenses with discipline and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree and

5–10+ years

of progressive sales experience, ideally within luxury, design‑driven, or premium product industries.

Experience working with or managing

independent sales representatives or rep agencies

strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of the luxury design ecosystem, including designers, showrooms, and specification‑based selling.

Confident, credible communicator who can influence without direct authority and build trust across independent teams.

Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable owning a territory with a high degree of autonomy.

Exceptional relationship‑building, presentation, and follow‑up skills.

Organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a broad region.

Entrepreneurial mindset with an appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and brand integrity.

Willingness and ability to travel

50%+

within the assigned region.

Multilingual skills a plus.
