About this role:
For Good & Co is looking to grow our network of contract designers. Our brand is evolving as an agency by way of talent, experience, collaboration, and passion for creating inspiring work.

As a Contract Designer, you will work directly with For Good & Company’s creative team, project management team and production team on a variety of client work. You will work to understand our client’s objectives, and work with your creative directors to bring that creative vision to life. As projects move into production, you will work in tandem with producers and project managers to produce a variety of design deliverables for high quality production.

Design and develop work that is highly crafted and cutting edge

Grow within a culture of collaboration across departmentsPartner with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time deliverables

Design for a variety of mediums across both print and digital executions

Format pitch design layouts across Google slides, Keynote and PPT

Format presentation design layouts across PPT and Keynote

Technical Knowledge

Expert knowledge in adobe C-Suite – Illustrator/Photoshop

Expert knowledge of Google Slides / PPT / Keynote

Strong design fundamentals including typography, color and composition

Expert in file set‑up and color processes (RGB vs CMYK)

Expert understanding of image resolution, file formats, compression, etc.

Requirements:
