Overview
At Swannies Golf Apparel, we’re creating more than clothes for the course — we’re building relationships, momentum, and a brand that shows up differently in the game. We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment and wants to help continue building one of the most exciting brands in golf apparel.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk sales role. We’re looking for someone who loves being in the field, building authentic relationships, opening new doors, and growing existing partnerships throughout New England.

Territory
Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Greater Boston area preferred.

What you will do:

Represent the Swannies brand throughout the New England territory

Grow and support existing green grass and independent retail accounts

Prospect and open new business opportunities across the territory

Conduct in-person prebook line reviews and seasonal sales meetings

Build strong relationships through regular account visits and proactive communication

Analyze sell-through opportunities and identify ways to maximize account performance

Execute event sales opportunities and regional brand activations

Manage territory administration including order entry, order management, and customer follow-up

Partner closely with the internal Swannies team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Travel throughout the territory regularly (approximately 75%)

What we're looking for:

Self-starter mentality with strong relationship-building skills

Competitive, motivated, and energized by growth

Ability to work independently without heavy micromanagement

Strong understanding of sales pipelines and territory management

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture

Passion for golf and familiarity with the golf industry

Prior outside sales experience preferred

Existing golf industry relationships are a huge plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary + uncapped commission structure

Expected total compensation: $95,000–$130,000+ annually

2+ years in outside sales

2+ years in the golf industry

Location:
Must reside in the territory or be willing to relocate. Greater Boston area strongly preferred.
