Your potential is our inspiration./ppWhere Youll Make a Difference/pulliProvide high-quality customer support by serving as the primary quality representative for assigned customers/liliEnsure compliance with applicable quality, food safety, and environmental regulations and standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, GFSI, cGMP, ICH Q7)/liliPartner cross-functionally to understand customer requirements, quality expectations, and IFF management plans/liliManage technical commercialization activities, including risk assessments and approvals for materials, packaging, and labeling/liliCreate, maintain, and deliver customer-facing product documentation such as Product Descriptions, Certificates, and Statements/liliManage product quality and food safety complaints, including investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer communication/liliServe as IFFs representative in customer quality meetings, audits, and assurance activities, including site visits as required/liliManage product master data in SAP and support information flow for new products and product changes/liliMeasure KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support additional quality workflows such as product returns and deviations/li/ulpWhat Makes You the Right Fit/pulliBachelors degree in science or a related field/liliMinimum of 4 years of experience in food ingredients, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or quality/regulatory roles/liliStrong knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, HACCP, and quality management systems/liliHands-on, service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision/liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliComfortable working with IT platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint/liliAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders globally/li/ulpHow Would You Stand Out?/pulliExperience supporting customer audits, inspections, or regulatory interactions/liliBackground managing Kosher, Halal, export requirements, or product registrations/liliProven success driving continuous improvement in customer quality or food safety processes/li/ulpWhy Choose Us?/pulliTraining opportunities/liliLearning and development programs from day one/liliOur benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holidays, 16 weeks paid parental leave (maternity and paternity) and an annual bonus plan./li/ulpWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
