Channel Marketing Manager – DACH Region

The Channel Marketing Manager for DACH will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies through our local distributors/agents across Germany, Austria.

You will act as the key bridge between MOVA’s sales team, marketing team and DACH partners, ensuring that product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-channel activities are effectively tailored to the regional market. This role focuses on

trade marketing, product launch excellence, and sell-through support

within the distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Marketing Support

– Work closely with DACH distributors to plan and implement channel-specific marketing activities, including in-store POS materials, digital assets, training decks, and local promotional campaigns.

New Product Launch (NPL) Management

– Lead integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product introductions (robotic vacuums, floor washers, etc.) within the channel. Coordinate with distributors on timing, stock allocation, demo units, and localized launch events.

Trade Marketing Strategy

– Develop channel marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns, and incentive programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility across partner retail networks (online and offline).

Content & Collateral Localization

– Adapt global marketing materials (product videos, brochures, website content) for DACH market needs, ensuring messaging resonates with local consumers while maintaining brand consistency.

Performance Tracking

– Monitor and report on channel marketing KPIs (sell-out data, campaign ROI, distributor feedback). Use insights to optimize future activities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

– Align with global product, brand, and sales teams to ensure channel marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.

Requirements

Experience

– Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or product launch marketing, ideally within

home appliance, consumer electronics, or smart device industries.

Proven Track Record

– Demonstrated success in executing new product introduction (NPI/NPL) campaigns and integrated marketing programs

within a channel/distributor environment .

Language Skills



Business fluency in English and German

(written and spoken) – must be able to negotiate, present, and create marketing materials in both languages.

Strategic & Hands‑on

– Ability to think strategically while being comfortable executing tactical tasks (e.g., creating sell sheets, briefing agencies, training distributor sales teams) in a remote working environment.

Analytical

– Comfortable using sales data and market insights to drive marketing decisions.

Travel Flexibility

– Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to [e.g., 20–30%]) to meet distributors, attend key retail events, and conduct in‑person training or campaign reviews.
