The Director of Marketing is a senior leader and brand champion responsible for driving awareness, branding, and revenue across all hotel and outlet channels. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-moving hospitality environment, loves F&B as much as rooms, and brings both creative instincts and data-driven discipline to every campaign.

Required skills and abilities:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player and performs any other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact. Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner, in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints. Ability to move throughout the hotel to conduct site inspections.
Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive marketing experience in hotel, hospitality, or restaurant environments; combined hotel/F&B experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success launching or marketing food and beverage concepts—from casual dining to upscale experiential brands.
Strong command of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and metasearch.
Proficiency in social media content creation and platform management across Instagram and Facebook.
Experience with Canva or other creative/design applications; ability to produce polished, on-brand materials independently.
Marriott systems experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with brand platforms, and Marriott brand standards.
Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), email marketing tools, and CRM/GMS systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting ability with an ear for voice and tone.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for outlet events and activations.

Safety & security:
The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
