Role Descriptions
Act as enterprise Lead SME for pharma commercial and digital marketing domains
Omnichannel marketing customer journey orchestration
CRM enabled sales and HCPHCO engagement
Campaign planning, execution, and measurement
Sales
Force Effectiveness (SFE) and closed loop marketing (CLM) – Define and own commercial and digital capability roadmaps
Lead techno functional solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
Provide functional leadership across CRM, digital marketing, content, data, and analytics platforms
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for engagement effectiveness and campaign ROI
Ensure compliance with FDA, PDMA, OIG, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, GDPR, and related regulations
Govern data quality, consent management, validation, and audit readiness
Mentor SMEs, influence senior stakeholders, and guide cross functional teams
