Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and creative Digital Marketing Manager with a demonstrated track record of hands‑on production and execution across both print and digital media. The ideal candidate is an Adobe Creative Cloud expert (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), has strong proficiency across the Microsoft Suite, and brings extensive experience in CMS and email marketing platforms. Salesforce familiarity is essential. The right person for this role is a self‑starter able to translate concepts and ideas into compelling, fully executed deliverables, while also guiding a team towards project success.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Execution

Develop and produce high-impact digital and print collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Oversee and execute the design and creation of sales, marketing, and communication materials across all channels

Digital Marketing & Content Management

Manage and update website and CMS platforms; ensure optimal user experience, consistency, and visual appeal

Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using industry-standard platforms

Create multimedia content (graphics, video, presentations, etc.) tailored for target audiences

Project & Team Management

Lead and mentor a small creative and digital marketing team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, present ideas, and deliver completed collateral

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Utilize Salesforce and analytics platforms to track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations

Continually optimize ongoing projects and creative assets to maximize ROI and engagement

General Tools & Platform Management

Maintain deep fluency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Outlook) for daily operations and project documentation

Manage and organize various digital assets and resources efficiently

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, creative design, or related roles

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (portfolio required)

Extensive experience working with CMS (Sitecore or equivalent) and email marketing platforms (Pardot or equivalent)

Proficient in Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting

Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Outlook

Proven ability to independently take projects from concept through execution to delivery

Strong team leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,000.00 - $135,000.00.
