Team Preparation Member Responsibilities

Team members in the preparation team are responsible for striving and working with a sense of urgency to produce our healthiest food options for our guests. Food preparation is responsible for all salads, wraps, and products throughout the restaurant. Working directly with the kitchen leader, you will ensure that cleanliness is up to standards and that you produce the right amount of product following the "Lean" system.
