TikTok Shop Coordinator / Affiliate Community Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive TikTok Shop Coordinator to help scale affiliate growth, manage creator relationships, and drive day-to-day operations. This role is equal parts community management, creator outreach, and operational execution.

Creator & Community Management

Manage and engage with creator communities across Discord, Lark, and email

Respond to inbound creator inquiries in a timely, professional manner

Foster strong relationships with affiliates to drive ongoing engagement and retention

Share updates on campaigns, incentives, product launches, and best practices

Moderate community channels and ensure a positive, informative environment

Creator Outreach & Growth

Execute high-volume, targeted outreach to creators via Cruva

Identify, segment, and recruit new affiliate creators aligned with brand goals

Track outreach performance and optimize messaging based on response and conversion rates

Follow up consistently with creators to drive activation and content output

Affiliate Program Support

Assist in onboarding new creators into TikTok Shop affiliate programs

Coordinate product seeding and sampling logistics

Support campaign launches, including creator communication and enrollment tracking

Help maintain accurate records of creator activity, performance, and status

Operations & Execution

Align weekly on priorities and key initiatives

Independently manage and execute assigned tasks with strong attention to detail

Support TikTok Shop operations, including product uploads, campaign setup, and general platform maintenance

Identify and flag any operational issues or inefficiencies

Research & Insights

Conduct competitor and market research within TikTok Shop

Track trends, top-performing creators, and emerging content strategies

Compile insights and actionable recommendations to inform growth strategy

Meeting & Reporting Support

Take clear, organized notes during internal and external meetings

Summarize key takeaways, action items, and next steps

Assist in preparing reports on creator performance, outreach efforts, and campaign results

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or TikTok Shop/e-commerce

Strong understanding of TikTok, creator economy, and affiliate programs

Experience with outreach tools (Kruva or similar CRM platforms preferred)

Excellent written communication skills with a knack for concise, engaging messaging

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Self-starter who can take direction and run with tasks independently

Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
