Role Overview
We’re seeking a smart, action-oriented Senior Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to help drive growth through strong campaign execution, retention marketing, and smooth product launches across Shopify and Klaviyo. You’ll work closely with the founder to run the marketing calendar, grow retention revenue, coordinate launches, and keep campaigns moving across internal teams and agency partners.

Campaign, Calendar & Launches

Help manage and execute the day-to-day marketing calendar across email, SMS, promotions, launches, seasonal moments, and digital campaigns

Keep campaigns organized, on schedule, and moving forward across teams

Coordinate with the founder, Brand Marketer, freelancers, agencies, and outside partners

Help turn larger ideas into clear action plans and successful launches

Ensure marketing channels stay aligned around key priorities and promotions

Own timelines, follow-up, and readiness across campaigns so nothing stalls

Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns onsite

Partner with the founder and team to determine what assets, imagery, and messaging are needed across PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, and campaign touchpoints

Ensure assets are requested, organized, and handed off for timely upload and launch execution

Confirm all updates are completed accurately and on time before launch

QA site updates and promotions before they go live

Help maintain a polished, high-converting customer experience

Email & SMS

Manage the email marketing calendar and lifecycle campaign plan

Partner with your internal email partner on messaging direction, audience targeting, and promotional focus

Collaborate on campaign strategy and creative concepts, while partnering on final execution and launch readiness

Optimize key flows such as welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP journeys

Develop ongoing testing plans across subject lines, segmentation, send timing, creative concepts, and offers

Monitor engagement, deliverability, and retention revenue performance

Use performance insights to improve future campaigns and lifecycle strategy

Loyalty, Referral & Retention

Help manage loyalty and referral programs through Yotpo or similar platforms

Recommend ways to improve repeat customer rate, referrals, and customer lifetime value

Support onsite conversion and retention tools such as Gorgias Convert, Wishlist, and similar platforms

Test new ideas that improve customer engagement and repeat purchase behavior

Agency & Partner Coordination

Coordinate with agency partners on timing, promotions, assets, and launches

Keep partners aligned with business priorities and deadlines

Review results and surface opportunities

Reporting & Insights

Track core campaign and retention metrics such as repeat customer rate, email performance, and average order value

Review campaign results regularly and identify what is working or where improvements are needed

Share clear takeaways, opportunities, and recommendations with the founder

Help track tests, learnings, and next steps over time

Support simple recurring reporting using existing tools and dashboards

Creative Growth Initiatives

Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, launches, partnerships, and growth opportunities

Embrace a test-and-learn mindset by trying new ideas and iterating quickly

Stay aware of ecommerce trends, customer behavior shifts, and useful new tools

Look for practical, scrappy ways to improve performance without unnecessary complexity

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or DTC marketing

Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS platforms

Strong project management skills with the ability to keep multiple initiatives moving at once

Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and make recommendations

Strong communicator who works well across teams and external partners

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action

Excited to test, learn, and improve continuously

Detail-oriented with high standards for execution

Shopify familiarity is preferred
