About the Role
The Senior Consultant is a workstream and deliverable leader, responsible for translating strategy into action while ensuring clarity, quality, and forward momentum. This role balances independent delivery leadership with coaching and enabling others, helping shape structured work plans and client‑ready outputs that drive measurable outcomes.
As ICP continues to evolve as an integrated, insight‑led partner, the Senior Consultant is essential to:
Lead workstreams that connect strategic intent to tactical execution
Drive clarity in deliverables, decision‑making, and team alignment
Build trust with client stakeholders through thoughtful recommendations
Bring forward insights that shape ICP frameworks, methods, and IP
Strengthen consulting maturity across the broader team
Senior Consultants may develop along two equally valued pathways:
Strategic path: structuring problems, shaping client direction, and guiding strategic recommendations.
Specialist path: bringing depth of expertise (e.g., MRM, automation tools) to elevate solution feasibility and quality.
This Creative Operations Senior Consultant role is focused on upstream & downstream creative operations—working with internal brand, design and marketing teams to define how workflows, how teams collaborate, content orchestration, and how platforms enable studios with scalable, efficient, and insight‑driven ways of working.
You’ll be a trusted strategic advisor, shaping creative operating models, optimizing workflows, and leading high‑impact client engagements. You’ll bring deep understanding of in‑house creative teams and the processes that support concepting, design, and delivery—building systems that avoid bottlenecks and burnout. You will also have a solid understanding of production and adaptation.
Responsibilities
Deliver consultancy across billable and non‑billable projects focused on upstream creative operations.
Lead the design and delivery of operating models, workflow strategy, delivery processes, and platform configurations (e.g., Celtra, Pencil, Gen AI).
Combine deep subject‑matter expertise with broader consulting capabilities to shape end‑to‑end solutions.
Act as an internal advisor and peer reviewer for Strategy & Consulting (S&C) colleagues, and a subject‑matter resource for client partners.
Stay ahead of trends in creative process innovation, including automation, AI, and integration with Studio Ops and Content Studio teams.
Help build client relationships, expanding ICP’s network and ensuring alignment with decision‑makers and budget holders.
Mentoring, coaching and professional development support for practice members.
Contribute to development of playbooks, templates, and strategic frameworks.
Collaborate with the S&C team to produce domain‑specific industry insights and best practices.
Drive thought leadership by identifying trends, surfacing continuous improvement opportunities, and aligning creative operations with related ecosystems (e.g., production, DAM, automation).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in creative operations, marketing ops, or transformation consulting.
Experience in agency, in‑house, or consulting environments with direct creative operations focus.

Expertise in workflow strategy, content operations, and platform implementation.
Experience working with large, global clients across distributed stakeholder networks.
Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and simplify complex challenges.
Proven ability to lead projects, guide cross‑functional teams, and contribute to consulting growth.
