Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients within the home health sector

Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients

Present tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our home health services

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials

Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress

Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client relationships

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Lead technical sales presentations demonstrating the benefits of our solutions in a clear, compelling manner

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, healthcare regulations, and technological advancements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or related industries such as technology sales or medical services

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels

Demonstrated ability in business development and account management

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data

Analytical skills to assess market data, client needs, and competitive landscape effectively

Experience in marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and lead by example

Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to outreach through warm calling and networking efforts

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
