divh2Shift Production Supervisor/h2pCalbee America is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shift Production Supervisor- A Shift (3:45am-4pm) to lead all manufacturing activities during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a positive, aligned, and high-performance team culture. The Production Shift Manager will provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, ensuring daily targets are met, operational issues are addressed promptly, and employees have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed./ppThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities, and champions continuous improvement.
