Charles Taylor is a highly successful global provider of professional services to the insurance industry. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary
This remote role will expand our safety services in the Nashville, TN and/or Louisville, KY markets. The ideal candidate is a driven B2B salesperson with a proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing deals in fast sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a local sales strategy targeting key industries and clients.

Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and events.

Build and manage client relationships to drive long‑term growth.

Collaborate with local associations to create opportunities and close business.

Attend trade shows and client events to promote services and grow the brand.

Maintain CRM/database of accounts, activities, and pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Experience in construction or safety services is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Self‑motivated, organized, and thrives in a prospecting environment.

Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely.
