Job Overview
Invictus Capital Partners and Verus Mortgage Capital are looking for highly motivated, creative, and fast-moving Marketing Interns to help us build and scale our marketing and communications function.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create large volumes of professional marketing content for:

LinkedIn company pages

External communications

Sales representatives and recruiting teams

Templates, presentations, and branded collateral

Design graphics, social posts, carousels, short-form copy, presentations, and visual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital asset platforms

Maintain and apply brand standards across multiple business lines, ensuring a cohesive look and voice

Turn ideas and requests into polished deliverables quickly and professionally

Support content planning, organization, and production workflows

Collaborate with leadership and business teams to translate concepts into compelling communications

Contribute ideas for improving how we communicate internally and externally

Education and Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

Creative and highly organized

Fast, responsive, and execution-oriented

Professional in communication and presentation

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and branding

Interested in marketing, communications, branding, media, or content creation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

Strong writing and editing skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content creation

Experience creating presentations, graphics, or short-form content

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams
