Graphic Designer & Content Creator (On-site, Full Time)

BeyBey is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator for an on‑site, full‑time role as a key addition to our growing creative team and expanding business. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong visual taste, technical execution skills, and a deep understanding of contemporary culture spanning hospitality, music, fashion, food & beverage, nightlife, and art.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient across graphic design platforms — particularly Adobe Creative Suite — and experienced in producing both polished brand assets and fast‑moving social content for Instagram and TikTok.
This individual should be comfortable working within existing brand guidelines, taking creative direction from management, and delivering daily edits and creative assets quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Concept and design creative assets across digital, print, menus, merchandise, events, and social media
Capture and edit photo/video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms using both professional editing software and in‑app tools
Execute and manage social media posting and content follow‑through
Work closely with ownership and management to support ongoing marketing, programming, and creative initiatives
Maintain consistency across BeyBey’s visual identity while helping thoughtfully evolve the brand over time
Attend important BeyBey events approximately 1–2 times per week, often during evening hours, to capture content and continuously observe and better understand the business and guest experience
Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design platforms
Experience shooting and editing social‑first video content
Own use camera and lighting equipment (not solely reliant on iPhone)
Portfolio demonstrating elevated creative taste and cultural awarenessAbility to work quickly, collaboratively, and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Understanding of and passion for modern hospitality, nightlife, fashion, music, design, and cultural aesthetics
Ability to provide reliable personal transportation and live within a reasonable commuting distance to Miami Beach
This is a full‑time, in‑person role based primarily out of the BeyBey office and venue environment on Miami Beach.
Candidates should expect to work closely with management and be present in‑office approximately four days per week.
Comfortable with being productive across virtual meetings and shared platforms like Google Docs as well.
Attendance at key evening programming and special events is considered an important part of the role in order to properly capture content, understand the energy of the business, and stay connected to the evolution of the brand.
Due to the nature of hospitality, nightlife, traffic patterns, and food & beverage operating hours, candidates should not expect a traditional 9–5 schedule.
Certain days may require multiple trips to the venue depending on programming, content needs, and business activity, and periodic communication and work evenings and weekends.
