As a **Relationship Manager,** you’ll focus on growing direct revenue, retaining high-net-worth client relationships, and expanding business within your portfolio. You’ll align with clients’ sophisticated financial needs, investment objectives, and the organization’s strategy—while actively growing your client base through networking, community involvement, and exceptional relationship management.

This role has an expected salary range of $150,000 - 175,000 for the Austin, TX market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
