Operations Technician

Operations Technician – Ellisville, MS
12‑hour (nights), 05:00 pm – 05:30 am, D shift

Responsibilities

Operate complex process equipment in a plant according to training, process documents, and 5S standards.

Operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications.

Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and correcting equipment malfunctions or repairs, and report any faults to management and maintenance.

Inspect parts, use hand tools, and make minor and routine adjustments to production equipment without assistance.

Qualifications

Level I (G9) Technician – Minimum high school diploma or GED; understand written work instructions and technical specifications; perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure; pass essential physical requirements.

Level II (G10) Technician – All Level I requirements plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing and/or aerospace environment.

Level III (G11) Technician – All previous Level requirements plus a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing and/or aerospace environment.
