Inside Sales Manager - Insurance

You love to talk on the phone, inspire people, and achieve results? Then you are in the right place! As an Inside Sales Manager - Insurance (m/w/d) you are our direct interface to our users who are just starting in professional life. In this role, you will focus fully on B2C sales and advise young talents on their optimal insurance coverage.
Your goal: To create real value for our users by helping them to set themselves up for the future and regularly exceed your own sales KPIs.
Phone sales & consulting: You contact daily leads from our community and inspire job starters for our insurance solutions (e.g. liability, BU, health insurance).
Focus on job starters: Your mission is to acquire and advise graduates who are taking the next big step in their careers.
Deal closure: You conduct sales talks in a goal-oriented, empathetic, and strongly focused manner to achieve success.
Pipeline & CRM management: You maintain your leads carefully and ensure a professional follow-up.
Feedback & optimization: You provide insights into the needs of the young target group to continuously improve our insurance products.
What you need for this role:
Communication talent: You are articulate, persuasive, and can explain even complex topics (like insurance) simply and with a positive attitude.
Sales drive & goal orientation: You want to not only reach your goals but exceed them.
Phone joy: You love to talk on the phone, meet new people, and sell proactively.
Experience in sales: Ideally 1–3 years of experience in phone sales, call center, or promotion Motivated switchers (e.g. with a background in insurance/finance) are expressly welcome!
Empathy & target group understanding: You can quickly put yourself in the life situation of job starters.
Resilience: A "no" motivates you to perform even better in the next call.
Language skills: German at native level is required.
