Product Manager & Process Engineer
Role Duration: 6 months, Contract, Full Time.
Experience needed: 8-10 years
About the Role
We're looking for a Contract Product Manager / Process Engineer to analyze and transform how we communicate and merchandise our promotions.

You'll identify automation opportunities that help our Teams work smarter—not harder.

We need someone to step in, look at how we work, and find ways to use technology to automate.

Study the "How": You’ll watch how a promotion goes from an idea to a finished ad. You’ll look at the software we use (like Workfront and Adobe) and find out where things are getting stuck.

What You'll Do

Analyze end-to-end workflows across Workfront, CMS platforms (OpenText, inflight systems), and Adobe Target personalization.

Identify and implement automation opportunities for asset deployment, personalization rule setup, and offer management.

Streamline approval and communication workflows to reduce manual steps and accelerate time-to-market.

Partner with AEM & Photoshop API capabilities to automate creative asset production.

Document processes, build scalable solutions, and champion continuous improvement.

Discovery: Current-state process documentation and stakeholder interviews (Weeks 1-3).

Analysis: Gap analysis and automation opportunity assessment with prioritized recommendations (Weeks 4-6).

Solution Design: Detailed automation roadmap with technical requirements, LOE estimates, and business case (Weeks 7-10).

Pilot Implementation: Proof-of-concept or pilot automation for highest-priority workflow(s) (Weeks 11-18).

Transition: Runbooks, training documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal Teams (Weeks 19-24).

Who You'll Work With

Marketing Strategy – Offer strategy development

Product – Acquisition and Portfolio P&L ownership

Digital Merchandising – Web, app, and inflight promotion execution

Legal – Offer compliance review

What You'll Bring

Experience with marketing workflow tools (Workfront, Adobe Target, OpenText CMS, or similar).

Understanding of CMS platforms, personalization engines, and creative automation.

A knack for process mapping and identifying inefficiencies.

Strong communication skills—you’ll be working across many Teams.

Ability to deliver results independently within a defined engagement timeline.

Great attitude and genuine curiosity about how things work (and how to make them work better).
