About The Role
We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer who can help bring our brands to life across social media and digital advertising. This role will focus heavily on designing scroll-stopping graphics for paid social ads and organic posts. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to create visuals that not only look great but also drive engagement, clicks, leads, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Design graphics for paid social media ads, especially Meta campaigns

Create organic social media graphics for multiple platforms

Develop visual concepts for lead magnets, product offers, launches, and ongoing campaigns

Work closely with the Social Media Manager to support daily posting needs

Collaborate with the Facebook Ads Manager to create ad variations for testing and performance

Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands while adapting designs to each audience

Resize and repurpose creative assets for different platforms and formats

Stay current on social media design trends, ad creative trends, and platform best practices

Support additional marketing and creative projects as needed

Requirements

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong typography and layout skills

Portfolio showing social media graphics, paid ad creative, and digital marketing work

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and conversion-focused

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multiple brand guidelines

Comfortable receiving feedback and making fast revisions

Bonus Skills

Experience creating multiple ad variations for testing

Print experience

Basic motion graphics or video editing experience

Understanding of direct response marketing and ad performance

Knowledge of the roofing, construction, home services, or contractor industries
