Job Description:

3–6+ years of experience in AV technical support or AV infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of AV hardware, cabling standards, and troubleshooting
Experience in EOL asset handling, decommissioning, and secure disposal workflows
Hands‑on coordination with third‑party disposal/recycling vendors
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory systems
Understanding of data security, compliance, and environmental regulations
Ability to rack/stack equipment and perform physical installations
Good documentation and reporting skills
