About the Role
Video is our fastest-growing creative format. We need a Video Producer who can build and run LoadUp's content engine. This is not just a post-production role; you will own the entire lifecycle - concept, capture, edit, and publish for a two-sided marketplace. You are someone who embraces AI as a creative partner to move faster, experiment more, and drive real business results.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Production: Lead video production from creative brief and concept through final delivery for paid social, YouTube, and brand campaigns.

High-Velocity Creative: Produce short-form video and motion graphics optimized for Meta, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts to boost paid performance.

Strategic Content: Create long-form YouTube content, including service explainers and brand storytelling, to support SEO and AI search visibility.

Field Capture: Produce customer testimonials and job site videos to build trust and support conversion across the funnel.

AI-Accelerated Workflow: Build and operate a production engine using tools like Runway, Descript, and ElevenLabs to maximize creative iteration speed.

Brand Consistency: Partner with Graphic Design to ensure visual consistency and manage all video assets and media libraries.

Hybrid Content: Capture and edit photography on-site for use across web, social, and paid media.

What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years producing multimedia content for digital marketing or paid advertising.

Full-Cycle Skills: Strong end-to-end production skills; you can concept, shoot, and edit without handing off at each stage.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI production tools like Runway, CapCut AI, or similar.

Channel Wisdom: Deep understanding of best practices for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and display advertising.

Photography: Ability to capture and edit high-quality still photography when the shoot calls for it.

Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating short-form social, long-form brand, and paid ad creative.
