Role Overview
We are looking for a data‑driven, highly organized
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator
to manage our end‑to‑end online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand’s growth across major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) and driving traffic through Google/Meta ads and search optimization. This role is ideal for a "digital native" who enjoys the technical side of e‑commerce and multi‑channel management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace & Platform Management
Omni-Channel Execution:
Manage and optimize product listings across
Amazon (FBA), eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, Jeggs, and AutoZone.
Shopify Ownership:
Maintain our primary storefront, ensuring product descriptions, images, and backend settings are flawless.
Inventory & Logistics:
Monitor stock levels across all channels to prevent overselling; coordinate with FBA for replenishment.
2. Paid Media & Search Strategy
Ad Management: Launch and monitor Google Ads (Search/Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Search Optimization: Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure our products surface in both traditional search and AI-driven queries.
Data Integrity: Maintain the Google Merchant Center feed to ensure zero "disapproved" products.
3. Website & Technical Operations
Squarespace Maintenance:
Manage the backend of our
SquareSpace website , including app integrations, product uploads, and landing page updates.
Google Merchant Center:
Launch and maintain a healthy product feed and resolve any diagnostic issues or disapprovals.
Analytics:
Report on weekly KPIs including Traffic, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Platforms:
Hands‑on experience with
Squarespace, Shopify
and
Amazon Seller Central (FBA)
is mandatory.
Ad Tech:
Working knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Tools:
Experience with
Google Merchant Center
and basic SEO tools.
Niche Knowledge:
(Preferred) Familiarity with the automotive/hardware parts industry.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
