A leading force in the consumer goods industry is searching for a results-driven Amazon eCommerce Channel Manager to own and grow a multi-million-dollar Amazon business. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing strategies across both Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure performance, brand integrity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Channel Leadership

Own daily operations and performance management for both 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) channels.
Lead all aspects of the Amazon strategy including content optimization, product listings, promotions, inventory flow, pricing control, and platform compliance.
Serve as the primary liaison to the company’s external Amazon platform partners and internal stakeholders.
Build and execute strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as ROAS, TACoS, Buy Box %, and conversion rates.
Provide input into new product launches and catalog expansion strategies.
Advertising & Content Optimization

Manage end-to-end Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Partner with internal creative teams to ensure A+ content, visuals, and copy are optimized for conversion.
Evaluate DSP and emerging ad tools to improve reach and customer acquisition.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Proactively manage inventory to prevent stockouts and reduce overstock risks.
Address chargebacks and shortages while ensuring platform policy compliance.
Leverage tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout for marketplace intelligence and forecasting.
Data & Performance Analytics

Deliver weekly and monthly reports focused on sales trends, advertising performance, and customer behavior.
Use dashboards and tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Business Reports) to drive actionable insights.
Recommend continuous improvements based on analytics and market feedback.
Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

2–5 years of direct Amazon account management experience (1P and/or 3P).
Proficient in Amazon Advertising (PPC), Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel, performance dashboards, and eComm tools.
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
Preferred

Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or direct-to-consumer (DTC) product companies.
Familiarity with external eCommerce performance tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, or Feedvisor.
Experience supporting omni-channel retail strategies including brick-and-mortar integration.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Success Metrics

Year-over-year revenue and profitability growth.
Improved ad spend efficiency (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS).
Higher Buy Box ownership and conversion rates.
Operational reliability including inventory health and minimal chargebacks.
Sustained growth in customer satisfaction and review quality.
