Junior Web Developer Internship

Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer Intern ready to jump in and contribute from day one. This is not a shadowing role—you’ll work alongside our Webmaster and marketing team on live enterprise websites, supporting key initiatives that drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate on large-scale website enhancements (UX, performance, scalability)

Develop responsive web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

Support backend development tasks within Laravel-based applications

Assist with API integrations and marketing automation workflows

Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues

Perform cross-browser and cross-device QA testing

Contribute to SEO, site speed, and accessibility improvements

Support website analytics and performance reporting

Example Projects

Redesign key product pages to enhance user experience and performance

Improve inquiry/contact forms with smarter workflows and UX enhancements

Support broader website modernization and digital initiatives

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Basic knowledge of:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

PHP (Laravel a plus)

Familiarity with APIs and web forms/data handling

Interest in SEO and web performance optimization

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work on-site in Dayton, NJ

Additional Information

Work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am-5pm
