ABOUT THE ROLE
Funeral Directors Life seeks a Market Center Manager (MCM) for the State of Virginia. The MCM builds and maintains partnerships with funeral homes of all sizes, manages, coaches, and directs a sales team, and implements programs to drive revenue for the organization.
A successful MCM should be self‑motivated with at least five years of funeral sales/management experience, strong leadership skills, computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Work with funeral home accounts to grow their business
Promote the Funeral Directors Life story through a proven sales process
Coach and develop team members while making sound decisions
Inspire customers to achieve their vision for the future
Coordinate sales and marketing plans within your market
Collaborate with other Funeral Directors Life managers and the Executive Management team to achieve goals
Continuously improve business‑to‑consumer sales efforts
What You'll Need
Virginia Life Insurance license (preferred)
Funeral Industry experience (required)
At least five years of proven sales success
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
High moral and ethical standards
Four‑year college degree preferred
