The Designer is a foundational role, responsible for high‑quality design execution that fuels the agency’s ability to deliver creative work at speed and scale. This role sits at the intersection of craft and production, supporting the design team by translating creative direction into accurate, production‑ready assets across platforms.
This role is not a passive executor. This role is about learning how great work actually gets made; understanding systems, workflows, constraints, and standards -including contributing meaningfully to live client projects. The Designer helps turn creative intent into tangible output, ensuring ideas do not lose integrity during executional realities.
Reporting to the Head of Studio and working under the guidance of the Head of Design, the Designer collaborates closely with Creative Designer and Integrated Designer to support ecosystem builds, versioning, and execution across digital, social, print, and physical deliverables.
This role requires someone who is detail‑driven, adaptable, personable and calm under feedback. You will be expected to move quickly, apply direction accurately, and build fluency. The goal is not just output, but progression, developing the judgment, speed, and confidence required to grow into an Integrated Designer role over time.

Collaborative review and feedback workflows
Emerging design tools and efficiency‑driven ways of working
This role is designed as a growth pathway within the agency. Progression is driven by accuracy, speed, reliability, and developing creative judgment.
