Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Development
Design and develop visual identity systems for hospitality-minded brands across a variety of industries and project types
Create thoughtful, strategic creative work across identity, packaging, menus, signage, websites, social assets, print collateral, presentations, and other brand touchpoints
Translate strategic direction into clear and compelling visual systems
Help maintain consistency and attention to detail across all client deliverables
Present creative ideas internally and contribute to collaborative creative discussions
Prepare production-ready files for print, packaging, signage, and digital applications
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with the Creative Director, Senior Brand Designer, strategists, copywriters, developers, photographers, and external partners to bring projects to life
Participate in internal reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback to teammates
Support project timelines and communicate proactively around deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
Help create an organized and positive creative environment that supports strong work and strong relationships
Requirements
3–6 years of professional design experience in a studio, agency, or in‑house brand environment
A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful brand identity work, typography, layout, and creative problem‑solving
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as Figma
Experience building brand systems across both print and digital applications
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
An understanding of print production and file setup is preferred
Experience within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus
