Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant located in Garden City, NY. The Jewelry Consultant will provide exceptional customer service to assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces that best suit their needs and personal style. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, maintaining deep product knowledge, meeting or exceeding sales goals, managing inventory, and ensuring a pristine showroom. The Consultant will also collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, relationship building, and working with diverse clientele

Strong sales, product knowledge, and ability to meet sales targets

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management

Knowledge of jewelry trends and/or prior retail experience in the jewelry industry is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs

Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
