Minimum required years of experience: 8-10+ YOE (5 years of experience in brand, digital or social marketing)
Education requirements: Bachelors Degree highly preferred, but not required
Top 3 must have skills:
1. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
2. Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation writing, and analytical thinking skills
3. Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
Nice to have skills:
1. Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams
2. Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
3. Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies
Software/technical requirements:
- High fluency in Keynote
- Familiarity with input and project management in Air Table
- Familiarity with Figma
- Outlook + Slack for day-to-day communication
