We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back‑office infrastructure. Our goal is simple: shift power in healthcare away from large consolidated entities and back to clinicians.
We've raised over $14M in funding from early‑stage investors like Core Innovation Capital, Adverb Ventures, and South Park Commons, and are building for long‑term category leadership. More importantly, we're serving hundreds of patients, while growing 30% MoM.
This role is full‑time. We’re looking for candidates based in NYC or open to relocating who are open to 5 days a week in the office.
Role: Provider Marketing Manager
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and ecosystem growth.
You will own and scale the channels that bring clinicians into the Alpaca ecosystem—from webinars and referral partnerships to influencer collaborations and thought leadership. You’ll help shape how Alpaca Health shows up to providers across the autism care community.
This is not a traditional B2B demand generation role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build trust‑driven distribution in healthcare communities, create content that clinicians genuinely want to engage with, and turn fragmented outreach into repeatable growth systems.
What You’ll Do
Own and scale Alpaca’s provider acquisition channels
Build and operate a webinar engine that drives organic provider signups and engagement
Develop partnerships with Facebook Groups, online communities, and associations to distribute webinar and educational content
Create referral loops and ambassador programs with existing providers in the Alpaca network
Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across the ABA and healthcare ecosystem
Help position Alpaca Health and our providers as category leaders through thought leadership content, social media, podcasts, webinars, and speaking opportunities
Work cross‑functionally with growth, provider success, operations, and leadership teams to turn market feedback into campaigns and programs
Experiment aggressively with new distribution channels, messaging, and community strategies
Build scalable systems for outreach, follow‑up, partnership tracking, and campaign operations
Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, workflow automation, and campaign execution
Track and improve core funnel metrics across acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention
Who You Are

You are AI‑native—you already use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to build and prototype.

Experience in healthcare, creator partnerships, community‑led growth, or B2B2C marketing
Experience running webinars, educational programming, or virtual events
Built partnerships with online communities, associations, or influencers
Strong content instincts across LinkedIn, short‑form video, newsletters, or podcast formats
Worked at an early‑stage startup or high‑growth environment
Experience supporting providers, clinicians, or small business owners
Interest in the future of independent healthcare and AI‑enabled care delivery
