You're gonna crush it if

You have 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or regional marketing

You have hands‑on experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events

You're obsessed with details and have the organizational skills to prove it

You work cross‑functionally with ease – sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors all love working with you

You're comfortable being on‑site and owning execution with confidence and professionalism
