Program Coordinator — Client Services & Case Management

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist in daily program operations and coordinate client services in Duluth. The role involves recruiting clients, developing services, monitoring client progress, and training staff and volunteers. Ideal candidates will have experience with youth or individuals experiencing homelessness and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a driver’s license is required. A $1,000 hiring bonus is included.
