TheMobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) Lead is responsible for supervision of MCOTQMHPs and, as needed, of clinical staff in the Center. The core task is to ensurethat the services provided are in accordance with all reporting requirementsand are based on a trauma-informed and person-driven care model. Team Leadserves as the expert of all service delivery and can train, model, and overseeall service delivery of their team members to complete phone screening toperforming face-to-face crisis assessments, crisis intervention, crisis follow-up, and relapse prevention services for individuals with chronic mental illness.

Serviceswill be provided at the individual's place of residence, schools, and othersafe community-based locations 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, includingholidays. Services will be provided to adults/adolescents /children. Mustreside within 30 minutes of the clinic with reliable transportation.

TheLead will coordinate and monitor staff who provide crisis assessments andtreatment planning, serve as an advocate and liaison on behalf of theindividual served. Work within federal, state, and local guidelines tosupervise staff and may provide routine case management, skills training,psychosocial rehabilitation, as well as community resource education. Leads mustprovide support to ensure staff fully understand their clinical expectationsand are maintaining service provision and documentation standards. Must be ableto work closely with all team members and take initiative in completing complextasks and projects. Lead works under the supervision of the Clinic Director andensures effective communication regarding provider operations, performance, andproblems.

You will get to:

Lead works under the supervision of the ClinicDirector and ensures effective communication regarding provideroperations, performance, and problems

You'll definitely need:

Must be able to be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional and credentialed as an LPHA.

Current licensure in the State of Texas as an LPC,LCSW, or LMFT, PhD, or PsyD

Master's Degree in social work, psychology,counseling, behavioral health, or related field.

Minimum of two (2) years providing counseling,intake, or psychiatric rehabilitation services.

Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware

Comfortable working with technology and can easilynavigate new technology platforms

Efficiently move through a to-do list andeffectively prioritize and triage competing demands

Passion for connecting individuals and familieswith excellent care

Sustain a calm demeanor when under pressure tohandle sometimes difficult situations

Provide exemplary customer service and care toyour team

Work autonomously to complete assignments

Must become certified in PMAB, First Aid, and CPR within three months of employment and maintain certification without interruption thereafter
