Who we're looking for

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree a plus)
Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino (or similar 3D modeling tools)
Experienced in technical detailing and construction documentation
Knowledgeable in building systems, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks

Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing deadlines
A strong communicator who demonstrates leadership potential and interest in growing toward broader project responsibilities
Experience in hospitality, mixed-use, or destination-driven design is strongly preferred
